Return Policy
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@skaldicjewelry.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from stains, scratches, or damage
- Unaltered and in sellable condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
A $15 handling fee per returned item will be deducted from your final refund. Up to 10 items may be returned per order.
Return shipping fees and any customs/import duties are the customer’s responsibility. Skaldic Jewelry does not provide return labels at this time. Any customs or import fees paid during delivery will also be deducted from your refund.
To request a return, email us at support@skaldicjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address after your request is approved.
⚠️ Do not send items to the address on your package label.
Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to ship the items back. After shipping, please email the tracking number to us.
Skaldic Jewelry is not responsible for lost return packages.
Include a note inside the package with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping fees from the original order and Shipping Protection (if purchased) are non-refundable.
Non-returnable Items
- Sale items or items marked as "Free Gift"
- Items received for free as part of a promotion (including BOGO or free gift offers)
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If you received a free shipping promotion, a restocking fee may apply
- The $15 handling fee is per item and will be deducted from the refund amount

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
